Hi Gerry Here are some comments about the experiences I had Doing the Certificate In Management Course. 1) Having had no academic qualifications from school I was very nervous about being selected to attend this course. But all these nerves was put at ease on the first day when I met the other students and tutors. The way you made us all feel part of the same team, in a short few hours was a credit to yourself and the other tutors, with the first F2F days being very informal and being assured that all the help I would need would only be a phone call or E-mail away. The course itself was very enjoyable  I would have no hesitation in recommending it to other colleagues of mine or participating in another of your Quality courses myself. 2) The method of on-line learning is one of the best methods I have come across, and I have participated in a few!!! in my career. The benefits of being able to be flexible on when I would be able to take part in the tasks that were being set, a massive plus with the continental shift pattern I work. 3) The Quality of learning was of the highest standard, with the course covering all aspects that a managerial position may bring i.e. Communication, Motivation, Cultures, Teams, Planning and many more to mention. From my own point of view, I know that I will be able to handle with confidence any situations that will arise in my new career. 4) The Tutor support on the course was in my opinion second to none, the availability and friendliness of the tutors, both socially and professionally was first class. Even on some occasions one to one support over the phone which was of great benefit to myself and I am sure the other students.
