Tom Paterson, Belfast, Northern Ireland (OnLine Trainer Course participant) I enjoyed the experience because I felt part of the course,  OLT makes you feel valued as a student.  It was a completely new experience for an experienced trainer of 12 years.  It gave me a new medium for training delivery.  OLT is ideal for workplace training, when staff have to continue with their present role but develop additional skills. It is a learning experience that only can be experienced by participation on a course.  You can feel for yourself the value of that by feedback from your peers and tutors. Tutor support is VITAL.  We got that from both of ours.  They where prepared to give honest feedback when it was required and support when it was necessary.  Without that I believe you could loose students on an OLT course.
