Course Format Each participant attends this Course online through virtual classrooms in the Abacus Virtual College. This gives the participant first hand experience of online learning. The Course can be accessed over a telephone line that connects the student’s computer to the Abacus Virtual College or via the Internet using software supplied by Abacus. The Course is accredited by the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management). Aim To give participants an understanding of online training in order that they can make informed decisions in relation to its implementation, consequential needs of staff and students and effective online learning evaluation.
