Overview
This course is particularly suitable for professional, graduate and management staff people responsible for managing others people new to the personnel profession who are need for an introduction to performance management
Aim
To help participants understand the process of managing staff performance and to develop an effective strategy for implementing it in their organisation

Content
Phase 1 Introductory one-day meeting (start point)
Introduction to learning online and beginning process of group formation by examining learning styles and agreeing suitable working processes.
Phase 2 - Using the software (Week 1)
Completion of online tasks designed to reinforce confidence in learning online.
Phase 3 - Defining Performance Management
(Weeks 2 and 3)
Phase 4 Evaluating Performance (Weeks 4 and 5)
Phase 5 Developing Staff (Week 6)
Phase 6 Giving Feedback (Week 7)
Phase 7 Developing a Strategy (Week 8)
Phase 8 One day meeting (in Week 9)
Consolidates learning that has occurred during the course; enables participants to practice their feedback skills and provides an opportunity for them to receive feedback on their implementation strategies.
